Bigwim Terms and Conditions – Complete Guide to Using Our Platform

1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bigwim, an online betting and casino gaming platform managed and operated by bigwim Entertainment Limited ("bigwim", "we", "the company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("member", "user", "you") and bigwim regarding your use of the website, mobile app, and all services offered by bigwim (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the BigWim Platform in any form, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the BigWim Platform.

BigWim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment is made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Member Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use bigwim's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old or more on the registration date.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not permitted to register or use BigWim if the laws in your region or country of residence prohibit participation in online betting or casino games.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of BigWim Entertainment Limited or any of its affiliated companies.

BigWim takes child protection seriously. Should we find any member who does not meet the age requirement, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. BigWim is not responsible for underage use of the platform if such circumstances arise due to fraud or false information submitted by the individual.

3 Account Registration and KYC

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) BigWim account only. Owning more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. bigwim will send a verification email to the address you provide — your account will not be fully activated until that verification email is confirmed.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, bigwim requires members to submit valid identification documents before the first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid Malaysian Passport
• A selfie with your identification document (if required)

The KYC process only needs to be completed once. After successful verification, you will not need to resubmit for future transactions unless bigwim's security team requires a re-verification.

• All successful deposits will be automatically credited to your account within minutes.

5 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal is MYR 30 for e-wallets and MYR 50 for bank transfers.
• The daily withdrawal limit for regular members is MYR 5,000. VIP members enjoy higher limits depending on their membership tier.
• Bigwim does not charge any withdrawal fees for all available withdrawal methods.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM) are typically processed within 30 minutes to 6 hours.

BigWim reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of fraud, do not meet bonus wagering requirements, or involve accounts currently under investigation. In such situations, the BigWim team will contact you via your registered email for further details.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by bigwim are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bigwim promotions:

• Each member may claim each type of bonus once only unless otherwise stated (e.g., welcome bonus is for first-time registration only).
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the specified wagering requirements have been fully met.

• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits on bigwim.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your BigWim account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, ensure all available balances have been withdrawn, as closed accounts cannot be reactivated without a new registration process subject to BigWim's approval.

BigWim reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member does not meet age or regional eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from authorities with legal jurisdiction.
• An account that has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

10 BigWim Liability Limits
